So, I had to reach out to support about my order. They did get back to me, but it took a little longer than I was hoping. The response helped enough in the end, though it wasn’t super clear at first. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I do think they could be a bit quicker and more helpful next time.

I ordered a matte black microdot helmet, but when it showed up it was the glossy version instead. The size was right, so at least there’s that, but it still wasn’t what I actually picked. I was charged right away too, and then didn’t get much of an update while I was waiting, which made it more frustrating. Support eventually got back to me, but it took a bit. Annoying experience overall...

I’ve been using it for a few months now, and it’s still holding up solid. I felt a little pressured when I bought it, so I wasn’t sure if I’d regret it, but so far it’s been fine. There are a few scratches here and there, but no major wear or anything that worries me.

I had to send my helmet back because I’m sure I picked the wrong size. I wasn’t totally sure how annoying the return process would be, but it ended up being really straightforward. They replied fairly quickly, sent me the instructions, and I shipped it back. The refund came through without me having to follow up or anything, so overall it was smoother than I expected

I needed to exchange for a different size, and it did get sorted out in the end. It just took longer than I expected. I feel like this process used to be a bit quicker and easier, but overall it was okay.

The helmet feels really well made and solid. It fits nice too, actually, I’d say it fits better than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with it

i really like how simple this helmet looks. it’s not flashy or over the top, and it doesn’t feel bulky either. just a clean style that’s easy to wear with regular clothes...

The helmet looks fine and seems decent enough, but for the price, I expected a little more. I’m careful about what I spend on gear, especially something that’s supposed to protect me, and this just didn’t feel like the quality matched the cost. I’d probably shop around before buying it again.

When the package arrived, the box looked like it had been through a lot. It was crushed in spots and the tape was coming loose halfway, so I was a little worried opening it up. Luckily, the helmet itself was totally fine, but the packaging definitely could’ve been in better shape.

I picked up my helmet from Micro DOT Helmet, and the field of vision has been good so far. Compared to my old helmet, I can definitely see more side to side, which might sound like a small thing, but when you’re riding it actually makes a big difference because you’re not turning your head quite as much just to check what’s around you. It makes the whole ride feel a little easier and more comfortable. It’s not absolutely perfect from every single angle, especially if you’re trying to look in certain directions, but it hasn’t been anything that really bothers me or feels like a serious issue. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d probably give it 4 stars...

I’ve used this helmet on a few rides now i’m into it. It just feels so much lighter than my old one, which makes a bigger difference than I expected. Most of the time I kind of forget it’s even there. The strap isn’t perfect and could definitely be better, but overall I’ve got a really good feeling about it

I ordered from microdothelmet.co and thought it was going to take longer, for some reason. The helmet showed up in about 3 days, maybe 4 if I’m counting weird, and the tracking actually updated like it was supposed to, so that was nice.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the box looked a little rough when it arrived, even though the helmet itself was totally fine, which I guess means it did its job? Either way, shipping was quicker than I thought and I didn’t have any real issues.
